Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns while also creating high-quality graphics and short-form videos for ads and social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and creativity, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Core Role)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage lead generation, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal and customer review.
Creative Execution (Graphics & Video)
- Design ad creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
- Collaborate with the content and strategy team to align creatives with campaign goals.
Strategy & Optimization
- Understand client goals and translate them into ad strategies.
- Research audiences, competitors, and creative trends.
- Suggest improvements for landing pages and funnels to improve conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends and algorithm changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with international clients is preferred.
