Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has a strong foundation across multiple areas of digital marketing, including paid ads, content creation, SEO, and website management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning and working across different aspects of marketing and wants to build a well-rounded skill set in a fast-growing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Execute keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in the design and creation of visual content using graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva, various video editing tools etc.
- Create and manage CMS websites, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva, video editing tools etc.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms like WordPress, Joomla etc. is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
