Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns while also creating high-quality graphics and short-form videos for ads and social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and creativity, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (Core Role)

𖧹 Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

𖧹 Manage lead generation, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns.

𖧹 Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

𖧹 Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

𖧹 Prepare performance reports and insights for internal and customer review.

Creative Execution (Graphics & Video)

𖧹 Design ad creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

𖧹 Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.

𖧹 Collaborate with the content and strategy team to align creatives with campaign goals.

Strategy & Optimization

𖧹 Understand client goals and translate them into ad strategies.

𖧹 Research audiences, competitors, and creative trends.

𖧹 Suggest improvements for landing pages and funnels to improve conversions.

𖧹 Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

𖧹 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

𖧹 2-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency.

𖧹 Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

𖧹 Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

𖧹 Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

𖧹 Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

𖧹 Prior experience working with international clients is preferred.
