Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in closing sales for our digital marketing services and directly contributing to revenue generation. You will engage potential clients, address their needs, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
𖧹 Sales Closure: Convert leads into clients by effectively pitching services like SEO, Ads, Website Creation, and Social Media Growth.
𖧹 Proposal Creation: Draft and present tailored service proposals to showcase value and meet client objectives.
𖧹 Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
𖧹 Client Objection Handling: Address queries, negotiate terms, and overcome objections to finalize deals.
𖧹 Database Management: Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and follow-ups.
𖧹 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align pitches with service capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
𖧹 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
𖧹 Basic understanding of IT/digital marketing tools (SEO, Ads, CMS platforms) is a must.
𖧹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
𖧹 Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi and English (written and spoken).
𖧹 Working knowledge of English for drafting proposals and emails.
𖧹 Strong persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
𖧹 Self-motivated with a revenue-driven mindset.
𖧹 Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
